NCT ID NCT07379606
Summary
This study aims to see if a short session of moderate cycling or a specific breathing technique is better at reducing stress and improving mental focus in young adults. Thirty healthy participants will try both a 15-minute bike ride and a 15-minute breathing exercise on separate days. Researchers will measure stress levels, brain activity, and heart rate before and after each session to compare the effects.
