Summary
This study aims to find out if 15 minutes of moderate cycling or 15 minutes of a specific breathing technique works better to reduce stress and improve mental focus in healthy young adults. Researchers will measure brain activity, heart rate, and stress levels in 30 participants after each activity. The goal is to understand which brief intervention provides better relief from daily stress.
