Summary
This study looks at whether a special type of high-intensity interval training can help adults with overweight or obesity improve their vitamin D levels during winter. Vitamin D deficiency is common in people with higher body weight, possibly because it gets trapped in fat tissue. The researchers will measure changes in vitamin D and related markers in 30 participants over the winter months.
