Can walking help pregnant women quit cannabis?

NCT ID NCT06239701

Summary

This study is testing whether adding lifestyle physical activity guidance to regular Fitbit use helps pregnant women reduce or stop using cannabis. Researchers will enroll 50 pregnant women who currently use cannabis and want to cut back, then randomly assign them to either receive activity coaching or just use a Fitbit. The study will track cannabis use, physical activity levels, and pregnancy outcomes over several months.
