Can a daily walk help pregnant women quit cannabis?
NCT ID NCT06239701
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether a 12-week lifestyle program focused on walking and physical activity can help pregnant women reduce or stop using cannabis. The study will enroll 50 women who are between 12 and 25 weeks pregnant, who currently use cannabis but want to stop, and who also report feeling stressed or anxious. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either just a Fitbit tracker or the Fitbit plus a structured walking and activity coaching program.
