First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 16-week supervised exercise program can help prevent heart damage in breast cancer survivors. Many breast cancer treatments can harm the heart, and this trial aims to see if regular exercise can protect it. The study will include 44 women who finished certain chemotherapy drugs 6 to 12 months ago. Participants will either join the exercise program or receive standard health advice, and their heart health will be compared.
