First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether high-intensity interval training (short bursts of hard exercise) can lower the risk of heart disease in women who finished chemotherapy for breast cancer. About 158 women who completed chemo 6 to 18 months ago will be assigned to either high-intensity or moderate-intensity exercise. The goal is to see which type of exercise better improves heart and blood vessel health.
