First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether doing wall-squat exercises can lower blood pressure in people with hypertension. About 390 adults who do not exercise regularly will be randomly assigned to either a wall-squat group or a stretching group for 24 weeks. Their blood pressure will be tracked with a 24-hour monitor, and they will be followed for one year to see long-term effects.
