Summary
This study aimed to find out if walking before or after lunch is better for managing blood sugar levels in pregnant women with type 1 diabetes. It involved 20 women, half pregnant and half not, to compare the effects of exercise timing. The goal was to gather knowledge to help design better daily exercise plans for managing diabetes during pregnancy.
