Summary

This study aimed to find the best time to exercise to help control blood sugar after meals for women with type 1 diabetes, including those who are pregnant. Researchers compared the effects of a short walk before lunch versus after lunch in 20 women. The goal was to gather knowledge to create better exercise advice for managing diabetes during pregnancy.
