Can a 12-Week program of exercise and counseling beat cancer fatigue?

NCT ID NCT07116161

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week program of exercise therapy, with or without cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), can help reduce fatigue in women who have been treated for breast cancer. The researchers want to see if these programs are practical and acceptable to patients, and if they can improve fatigue levels and help patients stick to their cancer treatments. One hundred female participants in Singapore will be randomly assigned to receive either exercise coaching alone or exercise coaching plus CBT sessions delivered via video calls.
