Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program could help older adults with dementia. For six months, participants did 40-minute exercise sessions three times a week, using technology called SPOZ to track their movements. Researchers wanted to see if this program could improve their physical fitness, ability to do daily tasks, and sleep quality.
