Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program, enhanced with SPOZ technology, could help older adults with dementia. For six months, participants did 40-minute exercise sessions three times a week. Researchers measured if it improved their balance, strength, ability to do daily tasks, and sleep quality compared to a group that did their usual activities.
