Summary
This study looked at whether taking creatine and coenzyme Q10 supplements, along with exercise, could help children with juvenile myositis—a disease that causes muscle weakness and fatigue. Fifteen children aged 7 to 18 took part. The goal was to see if these supplements could boost muscle energy, making everyday activities easier and improving quality of life.
