Summary
This study looked at whether taking creatine and coenzyme Q10 supplements, along with exercise, could help children with juvenile myositis build muscle strength and reduce fatigue. Fifteen children aged 7 to 18 participated. The goal was to see if these supplements could give muscles more energy, making everyday activities easier and improving quality of life.
