Can a feel-good exercise plan get breast cancer survivors moving?

NCT ID NCT06258993

First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new type of exercise prescription, based on how you feel during activity, helps breast cancer survivors become more active. About 85 people who finished cancer treatment in the last 5 years will be assigned to either the affect-based or an effort-based exercise plan. Participants will wear an activity monitor and complete surveys over 12 weeks to see which approach works better.
