Summary
This study tests if doing many short, one-minute exercise sessions throughout the day (called 'exercise snacks') can improve fitness and health in adults with obesity. Researchers will enroll 80 inactive adults aged 35-64 with a BMI of 30-45. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for improving heart and metabolic health.
