Summary

This study tested two types of remote exercise programs for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis: live online classes and pre-recorded videos. Sixteen participants completed exercises aimed at improving walking, strength, fatigue, and quality of life. The goal was to see which format works better and to make exercise more accessible for MS patients.
