First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested two types of remote exercise programs for people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). Sixteen participants were split into two groups: one did live, instructor-led workouts via video call, and the other followed pre-recorded exercise videos. The goal was to see which approach better improves walking, muscle strength, fatigue, and quality of life. Both programs aimed to make exercise more accessible for MS patients.
