Can simple exercises stop falls and bladder leaks in older women?
NCT ID NCT05375344
Summary
This study is testing whether a special exercise program can help older women who have frequent, sudden urges to urinate (urge incontinence). The program combines balance and strength training with bladder control techniques and home safety checks. Researchers want to see if this approach reduces falls and improves bladder control compared to just receiving educational booklets.
