Can simple exercises stop falls in older women with bladder problems?

NCT ID NCT05375344

Summary

This study is testing whether a special exercise program can help reduce falls in older women who have frequent, strong urges to urinate that sometimes lead to leaks. The program combines balance and strength training with bladder control techniques and home safety checks. Researchers are comparing this program to just giving out informational booklets to see which approach works better at preventing falls over one year.
