Can 12 weeks of exercise clean your arteries?
NCT ID NCT06579807
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week supervised exercise program can improve artery health and reduce inflammation in people with coronary artery disease. Researchers will compare 28 patients doing exercise training three times weekly against 22 healthy volunteers. They'll measure artery thickness, blood flow, and inflammation markers before and after the program to see if exercise helps control the disease.
