Summary
This study aimed to find out if a 10-week exercise program could change how healthy, sedentary people process pain. Researchers compared moderate-intensity training to high-intensity training to see which was better at reducing pain sensitivity. The goal was to gather knowledge to potentially help future studies with chronic pain patients.
