Can your workout change how you feel pain?
NCT ID NCT06207422
Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of exercise training affect the body's pain processing system. Researchers compared a moderate-intensity program to a high-intensity program in 30 healthy but sedentary adults. The goal was to see if improving fitness could change pain sensitivity, which might later help guide exercise plans for people with chronic pain.
