Summary

This study aims to understand how exercise temporarily reduces pain sensitivity, a phenomenon called exercise-induced hypoalgesia (EIH). Researchers will compare this effect in 60 healthy adults and stroke survivors who are currently pain-free, using the same cycling exercise. The goal is to learn if the body's natural pain-relief system works the same after a stroke, which could lead to better pain management strategies for stroke patients in the future.
