Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of physical training affect people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) over a long period. Researchers will track 1600 patients for 10 years, measuring toxins in the blood, physical fitness, body composition, and signs of aging. The goal is to see if exercise can help slow the disease's progression and improve overall health.
