Summary

This study aims to understand how different types of exercise affect people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Researchers will track 1600 patients over 10 years to see how strength, aerobic, or combined training impacts the buildup of harmful toxins, physical fitness, body composition, and signs of aging. The goal is to gather detailed information to better understand the relationship between exercise, genetics, and kidney disease progression.
