First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a combination of exercise, fruit, and vitamin supplements can reduce frailty in older adults aged 65 to 80. About 934 people with low physical activity and low fruit intake will take part. The intervention group will do exercise and eat fruit and vitamins three times a week for two months, while the control group gets no intervention. The main goal is to see if handgrip strength improves after 12 months.
