First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a program of exercise, fruit, and vitamin supplements can reduce frailty in older adults aged 65 to 80. About 934 people with low activity and low fruit intake will take part. Some will do group exercise and eat fruit with vitamins three times a week for two months, while others get no special program. The main goal is to see if handgrip strength improves after 12 months.
