NCT ID NCT06225271

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of exercise, fruit, and vitamin supplements can reduce frailty in older adults aged 65 to 80. About 934 participants with low physical activity and low fruit intake will be split into two groups: one receives the combined intervention three times a week for two months, plus group health education, while the other gets no intervention. The main goal is to see if handgrip strength improves after 12 months.
