NCT ID NCT06430853
Summary
This Stanford study is testing whether a simple step-count program can help improve mental health for pregnant people experiencing depression or anxiety. The trial will enroll 88 participants and randomly assign them to either follow the walking program or receive usual prenatal care. Researchers will track changes in mood, stress hormones, and pregnancy outcomes to see if increased physical activity makes a difference.
