First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at how different amounts of aerobic exercise affect body fat, inflammation, and breathing in 72 obese children with asthma. Kids were split into groups doing less than 75, 150, or 300 minutes of exercise per week for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in blood markers, body composition, and lung function to find the best exercise dose.
