First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at how different amounts of aerobic exercise affect body fat, inflammation, and lung function in obese children with asthma. 72 children aged 8-18 were split into groups doing less than 75, 150, or 300 minutes of weekly exercise for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in blood markers, body composition, and breathing tests to find the best exercise dose.
