First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looked at how different amounts of aerobic exercise affect body fat, inflammation, and lung function in obese children with asthma. 72 children were split into three groups: less than 75 minutes, 150 minutes, or 300 minutes of weekly exercise for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in blood markers, body composition, and breathing tests to find the best exercise dose.
