First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week resistance exercise program can improve quality of life, reduce frailty, and boost mental health in people with multiple myeloma. Fifty patients will be split into two groups: one doing supervised exercise and the other doing the same exercises at home. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, physical function, and mental well-being before and after the program.
