Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week physical exercise program can improve the quality of life, reduce frailty, and help with mental health for people being treated for multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Researchers will compare a supervised exercise group with a home-based activity group. The goal is to find safe and helpful ways to support patients during their cancer treatment.
