Can tailored exercise ease the burden of rare blood cancers?

NCT ID NCT07384039

Summary

This study aims to see if a personalized, 3-month exercise program can improve quality of life and physical fitness for people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a group of rare blood cancers. Researchers will randomly assign 80 participants to either start the exercise program right away or to a waiting list. The goal is to measure changes in symptoms, fitness, and daily activity to understand if structured exercise is a helpful supportive therapy.
