Can tailored exercise ease the burden of a rare blood cancer?
NCT ID NCT07384039
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized, 3-month exercise program can improve quality of life and physical fitness for people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), a type of chronic blood cancer. Researchers will randomly assign 80 participants to either start the exercise program immediately or to a waiting list. The goal is to see if monitored exercise can help reduce common symptoms like fatigue and improve daily life for these patients.
