Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week program of aerobic and strength exercises can reduce arm swelling (lymphedema) and improve strength, body composition, and quality of life in 58 breast cancer survivors. Participants are randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The goal is to provide evidence-based exercise recommendations for managing this common side effect.
