Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—core stability exercises versus ankle and foot strengthening—to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 100 adults aged 40 and older with moderate knee osteoarthritis will participate. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
