Summary

This study looks at whether core stability exercises or ankle and foot strengthening exercises work better for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 100 adults aged 40 and older with moderate knee arthritis will take part. The goal is to see which exercise approach reduces pain and improves daily function without drugs or surgery.
