Summary
This study looks at whether exercise training can reduce pain, improve range of motion, and help daily function in people with adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder. Researchers will measure changes in shoulder structure using ultrasound and track pain and movement in 32 adults aged 35-60. The goal is to see if a structured exercise program can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
