Simple exercise program may ease frozen shoulder pain and stiffness

Summary
This study looks at whether a structured exercise program can reduce pain, improve range of motion, and help daily activities in people with adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder. Researchers will measure changes in shoulder tissues using ultrasound and track pain, movement, and function with standard questionnaires. The study plans to enroll 32 adults aged 35-60 who have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder.
