Summary

This study looked at whether a 26-week exercise program can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life for people on long-term hemodialysis. 133 participants were randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The main goal was to see if exercise lessened symptom burden after 12 weeks, with follow-ups at 26 and 52 weeks.
