Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program could ease anxiety and depression in people receiving dialysis for kidney failure. 54 adults on dialysis were split into two groups: one did regular home exercises for 6 months, the other did not. Researchers measured changes in depression and anxiety scores to see if exercise made a difference.
