Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week physical activity program can improve depression symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder. 110 participants on antidepressants are randomly assigned to either join the exercise program or continue usual care. Researchers will track changes in mood, brain activity, and biological markers to understand how exercise might help.
