NCT ID NCT07295457

Summary

This study tests if starting a personalized exercise program early can prevent or reduce joint and muscle pain, a common side effect of breast cancer medication. It will involve 182 postmenopausal women with non-metastatic breast cancer who are taking aromatase inhibitors. Half will receive the exercise program, and half will receive usual care, to compare pain levels and quality of life after six months.
