Can a smarter exercise plan beat cancer treatment fatigue?

Summary
This study is testing two different walking exercise programs for women with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy. The goal is to see which approach is better at reducing the severe fatigue that often comes with cancer treatment. One program uses a fixed weekly walking schedule, while the other adjusts the exercise based on how the person is responding. Researchers will measure changes in fitness and energy levels over about 32 weeks.
