Summary

This study tested whether 10 weeks of exercise could improve overall brain health and lower blood pressure in adults with high blood pressure and a higher body mass index. Researchers compared the effects of moderate-intensity exercise to high-intensity exercise. The goal was to see which type of workout was better for improving a brain health score and managing hypertension.
