First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested whether two types of light exercise—stretching or traditional pregnancy exercise—could improve sleep quality in pregnant women during their third trimester. Sixty women with sleep complaints attended guided sessions twice a week for three weeks. The goal was to see if either exercise type helped them sleep better and feel less anxious.
