Summary

This study looked at whether different exercise intensities can ease anxiety in adults who don't currently exercise. 110 people with anxiety disorders were assigned to either low-intensity or high-intensity workouts for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in anxiety sensitivity and overall anxiety severity, and followed participants for 3 months after treatment to see if benefits lasted.
