Summary
This study is testing whether exercise can help reduce anxiety symptoms. Researchers are comparing two exercise programs—low intensity versus flexible high intensity—over 8 weeks for 111 adults with anxiety disorders. The goal is to see which approach better reduces anxiety and improves quality of life, while also understanding what motivates people to stick with exercise.
