Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week program combining exercise with ergonomic training can reduce pain, improve sleep quality, and lower anxiety in nursing students. Sixty students will be randomly assigned to either the program or their usual classes. The goal is to see if adding these strategies to nursing education can help students feel better physically and mentally.
